Day Students

Grad Students                                                                                                                                   Parking is available for grad students on campus at any available lot.  Generally, this includes the San Martin ($82/mo.) and South garages ($82/mo.), and the surface lots ($53/mo.). Graduate students receiving a paycheck from the university are eligible for payroll deduction to pay for parking.  Alternatively, San Martin is available at a slight discount for prepaying an entire semester ($350 per semester).

Undergrad Resident Students
Parking is available for undergraduate resident students at the San Martin Garage for $350 per semester.  Freshman residing in University housing are excluded from purchasing on-campus parking.  Additionally, all freshmen are prohibited from bringing cars on campus.  We strongly encourage undergrads with vehicles to purchase a permit to this safe, accessible parking garage, especially with the city's introduction of paid meter parking on N. Charles St., University Parkway, St. Paul St. and many of the streets surrounding campus.

Undergrad Commuter Students
Parking is available for undergrad commuter students on campus at the San Martin Garage for $350 per semester.

Part-Time/Visiting/Incoming Students
Parking is available at the South garage at a max of $12/day, the North Visitor lot at $8 per day,  or the San Martin Garage at a max of $5/day.

Summer Students
Each year summer students are sent a letter detailing parking options.
